Hi! I'm Ro!
My journey into physical fitness began in childhood, when I bonded with my mom over aerobics videos in our living room.
Those early moments sparked a lifelong commitment to health, movement and well-being—a commitment that continues to shape both my personal and professional life.
As a mother of three daughters, I place a strong emphasis on modeling the values of self-love, strength, and balance. I believe that caring for the body and mind is not only a personal responsibility but also a gift we can pass on to the next generation.
Over the years, I’ve gained extensive experience in Pilates, yoga, barre, running, and tennis. While I find joy and discipline in each of these practices, it was Pilates that truly transformed my life and inspired me to pursue it as a career. To me, Pilates is more than exercise—it’s a powerful method for building resilience, confidence, and a deeper connection to the self.
Through teaching, my mission is to empower others to discover their unique path to health and happiness. In my classes, I strive to blend technical precision with encouragement, creating an environment where clients feel both challenged and supported. I believe fitness should be sustainable, joyful, and accessible to every body, regardless of age, background, or experience level.
Outside the studio, I find joy in cooking wholesome meals, curling up with a good mystery novel, and spending quality time with my family. Though I’ve called North Carolina home since 2011, my heart is forever drawn to the rhythm of the ocean and the restorative energy of the beach.
