For over 17 years, I've taught fitness in the gym and community environments.
It is my passion!
Currently I teach at YMCA CSD and YMCA at Baxter Close, YMCA Fort Mill, The Palisade and also at the Carolina Orchards.
I teach "DanceFit Over 50" (Zumba Gold Format) and also teach Basic Line Dancing.
I also lead a low impact group called "Cardio Funk" as well as "DanceFit & Toning" using 1-2 pound weights.
During all of my sessions be prepared to sweat, laugh and leave with a smile on your face. In other words, expect to have fun. Zumba is an effective dance workout using upbeat music.
Besides being busy teaching at the gym and the community, I also lead worship leaders in the church (Indonesian Church).
In addition, I also take care of the administration as well as lead the intercessory prayers and Bible study.
