We provide Cresswind Mint Hill, Wesley Chapel and Esplanade Northgate residents with high-quality, engaging FUN Group Fitness Classes and Personal Training by appointment.

Yes...!  We are Charlotte’s Premier 50s+ Fitness Experts.  All of our instructors are certified to work with the adult community and understand the health and injury issues specific to adults over 50.

We offer 2 types of memberships: Unlimited Access or 4 classes/month for Group Fitness. The cost is dependent upon the length of your Membership (3, 6, or 12 months).

We have two options:  On a desktop/laptop OR on our Mobile App!  
Desktop Computer: 
a.  Create an account
b.  Sign the online waiver (electronic)
c.  Click on “Book Now!”

Mobile App:
a.  Go to your phone’s “App Store” 
b.  Search “Wellness Living Achieve”
c.  Download the App (it is purple)
d.  Sign-in with your account user name and password
e.  Click “Classes”. – the list of upcoming classes will populate
f.  Pick your class by clicking on the “Book” button.

Help is a phone call or email away.  You will get a REAL person to walk you through the sign-up.  If you prefer live, in-person assistance, we can schedule a time to meet at the clubhouse and set-up your account.
