What primary services do you offer?

We provide Cresswind residents and local communities with high-quality, engaging FUN Group Fitness Classes and Personal Training by appointment.

What do you specialize in?

We are Charlotte’s Premier 50s+ Fitness Experts.  All of our instructors are certified to work with the adult community and understand the health and injury issues specific to adults over 50.

What are the rates of your services?

We offer 2 types of memberships: Unlimited Access or 4 classes/month for Group Fitness. The cost is dependent upon the length of your Membership (3, 6, or 12 months). We also offer Free Community classes each Month.  Sign-up for our newsletter to be notified first of upcoming events!

How do I access the schedule and book classes?

We have two options:  On a desktop/laptop OR on our Mobile App!  
Desktop Computer: 
a.  Create an account
b.  Sign the online waiver (electronic)
c.  Click on “Book Now!”

Mobile App:
a.  Go to your phone’s “App Store” 
b.  Search “Wellness Living Achieve”
c.  Download the App (it is purple)
d.  Sign-in with your account user name and password
e.  Click “Classes”. – the list of upcoming classes will populate
f.  Pick your class by clicking on the “Book” button.

What do I do if I am not good with computers?

Help is a phone call or email away.  You will get a REAL person to walk you through the sign-up.  If you prefer live, in-person assistance, we can schedule a time to meet at the clubhouse and set-up your account.
