That’s a Wrap!

We have wrapped up our anniversary month activities for July. Another “year in the books!” Thank you to everyone who came out to celebrate with us and attended a class or event.

I enjoyed meeting so many new people and seeing everyone having some fun and learning something new.

Big milestones are easy to recognize and celebrate when they happen. Anniversaries, birthdays, births, marriages, retirements. They are the obvious life events we regularly celebrate.

What about the small things? Life itself is only as enjoyable as we make it. Why not celebrate as much as we can? Nothing is too small to celebrate.

Did you wake up today and take another breath? Whoo-hoo! You have another day to enjoy being human and maybe even try something new!

If you are around me very long, you may well see me do a dance step in the hall or just standing around in the lobby. Why?

Why not? It’s fun, it brings me a little joy and what is life without joy sprinkled throughout it?

Try it yourself. Add a little cha-cha to your trip across the kitchen this morning, the sillier the better. Make yourself SMILE.

Oddly, smiles are contagious (even to ourselves) and a great celebration of life and the human experience.

What a great way to go through the day.

Recognize and celebrate all the things that bring you joy. An anniversary, birthday, graduation, retirement, beautiful sunrise, sunset, or just a nice deep breath of air into your lungs.

Life is a celebration. JOIN THE PARTY!
