Lane Angell

After years of aerobics and gym workouts, Lane began practicing yoga in 2016, looking for a more holistic experience. She completed her 200hr YTT in 2023 and now teaches to friends and neighbors in her garage on Saturday mornings. She also teaches Yoga Essentials at Total Being Yoga in Mint Hill.
Her yoga practices incorporate body and mind, leaving one with an overall feeling of well-being.
